Ordering online with us is safe and secure as we use Paypal. Please be aware that whilst great care is taken to accurately describe the jewellery shown on the website, all items are handmade from natural materials and as such their composition and colour can vary slightly from that shown. All measurements are approximate. We are also aware that variations in monitor, browser or software calibrations may cause variations in image and colour of items shown, for which we cannot accept responsiblity.
Our jewellery is carefully handmade from a variety of materials including gold, sterling silver, vermeil (22ct gold plated sterling silver), precious and semi precious stones, rare vintage components, resin and acrylic costume pieces, so please treat all with care. For maximum protection, jewellery should be stored in its original box. We strongly recommend that all jewellery is removed before sleeping, swimming or showering and take great care not to spray or coat with perfume, lotions, cosmetics or household cleaners.
Return / Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you would like to return an item we are happy to discuss a refund or credit note provided the item is unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
With all returns and faulty/damaged items, please notify us within 48hours of recieving the order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Quote your name and address, details of product and reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed. We are unable to accept returns that have not been agreed prior to shipping.
Please note Pearl and Queenie cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the EU. Online SALE purchases are NOT entitled to a refund or exchange and Credit notes can only be redeemed at Pearl and Queenie stores or taken as payment against a telephone sale.
Bespoke & made to order items are also not entitled to a refund.
When returning items, we strongly recommend that for your own protection, proof of posting is obtained. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
We regret that in compliance with the current Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of pierced items such as earrings or personal items such as hair accessories unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
For protection and insurance, we post everything in the UK Special Delivery by Royal Mail, Europe and The Rest of The World also Royal Mail signed for.

In some rare instances if your order is heavy weight with many items we will have to charge extra, but will notify you immediately if this is the case. All transactions are taken in Pound Sterling.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address, where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot
